I have never forced a plant to flower that was under 3 months old. I like to veg them for 3 months, 4 at the most. I have had them in veg as long as 6- 8 months. I like them nice & mature when I force them into flowering. My "Bloom Room" is 6 x 11 so I have plenty of space. I have many plants on rolling casters and that makes it so easy to roll them around, no lifting, I love that! I prefer not to flower any more than two plants under my 600 watt metal halide and one under my 400 HPS. They love getting all that light to themselves. I see so many people flowering plants and they're only a foot tall with hardly any side branching. What a waste of energy, time & space in my opinion. I can yield off of one what others yield off of 5 puny twigs. I recently did an experiment at the advice of two well advanced growers & flowered one plant under my 600 MH. The results were amazing! The plant (shown below) was almost 5 feet tall and 8 feet in diameter.
